Facilities Charge of $16 per month ($192/year) plus energy - billed annually.

All Energy at $0.10 per kWh

The yearly Facilities Charge shall be paid in advance each year. If a service is hooked up during the year the Facilities Charge is to be prorated from the connect date through the billing month (November).

If there is a security light, that will also be paid in advance for the number of months from the connect date until the billing month.

Note: Interest rate of 1.5% per month will be applied to any previous balance less previous interest charges until paid.
