ENERGY CHARGES (All Rates):

MAY through SEPTEMBER:
First 250 kWh/kw per month (250 hours) at $0.057 per kWh
All additional kWh at $0.033 per kWh

JANUARY through APRIL and OCTOBER through DECEMBER:
First 50 kWh/kw per month (50 hours) at $0.14 per kWh
All additional kWh at $0.05 per kWh (no demand charge)

CONTROL OPTIONS for MAY, JUNE, & SEPTEMBER:

NO CONTROL - $9.00/hp in May and $11.00/hp in June and September plus energy. Customer operated. No demand charge if used only 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT for entire month.

MASTER METERING - $16.00/hp per month plus energy. Customer operated. This rate allaws the irrigator to run pivots whenever needed. The most efficient way to use this rate is to group three or more wells together. Midwest bills highest measured "On Peak" demand (highest 15 minute measured demand) each month for that group and prorates the demand charge to each well that ran "On Peak." All wells can run 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT with no demand charge.

3.5 DAY CONTROL - $4.50/hp in May and $5.50/hp in June and September plus energy. Midwest will control three days per week (as needed) plus every other Sunday (as needed). Assigned days will be three straight days (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday or Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) or every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). No Control 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT. No demand charge if used only 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT for entire month.
***Beginning in 2010, 3.5 Day Control Groups will be shut off
BEFORE Every Day groups.

EVERY DAY CONTROL - $2.00/hp per month plus energy. Midwest will control any day needed (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM MDT). No Control 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT. This rate does not have the option of running at night to avoid demand charges.

BEFORE Every Day groups.

OPTIONS for JULY & AUGUST:

NO CONTROL - $14.50/hp per month plus energy. Customer controlled. No demand charge if used only 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT for entire month.

ONE DAY CONTROL - $12.10/hp per month plus energy. Midwest will control one assigned day per week as needed. No demand charge if used only 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT for entire month.

TWO DAY CONTROL - $9.70/hp per month plus energy. Midwest will control two assigned days per week as needed.No demand charge if used only 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MDT for entire month.

YEARLY DISCONNECT OPTION:

Wells that will not be used for the season have the option of being disconnected and only paying $9.50/hp for the year. Certain restrictions apply. Please call the office for details.

December billing - contract minimum check.

On Peak times for May through September are 7:00AM to 10:00PM MDT.

$16.50/HP contract minimum will be billed with usage for January through April.

There will be a 5% penalty on any irrigation services without capacitors.

All Horsepower will be calculated based on actual demand shown by demand meter on a yearly basis = (KW x 1.34 = HP)

Note: Interest rate of 1.5% per month will be applied to any previous balance less previous interest charges until paid.
